1. Concert Tickets
1.1 Tickets must be purchased for personal use only, and may not be purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity (unless expressly authorised by us or our agents) and in particular the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone at a premium.
1.2 Ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations of the concert venue which are available at the venue and may be changed at the venue’s discretion. The concert venue reserves the right to refuse entry to our concerts.
1.3 We reserve the right to alter or vary the programme for the concert or to reschedule or cancel all or part of the concert.
1.4 Our concert tickets are non-refundable. If a concert is postponed, then tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date only. Unfortunately ticket holders who cannot attend the re-scheduled concert date for whatever reason will not be eligible for a refund.
1.5 Ticket holders enter the venue on the basis that they give express consent to being filmed and/or photographed (and the use of any film and/or photograph) at the concert, and acknowledge that we may include material including shots of the audience in our recordings of the concerts for distribution on our website, by DVD, download or any other means.
2. T-Shirts
2.1 To help all participants to feel equally important, we ask that all children attending the concert wear the official American Young Voices T-Shirts or plain white T-shirts. Official American Young Voices T Shirts may not be copied or otherwise reproduced without our written consent.
2.2 Please ensure you leave plenty of time to place your order for official T-Shirts, as we cannot guarantee delivery before the date of the concert if the order is placed after the deadline (TBD).
3. DVDs
3.1 Although every care is taken to try and film all participants (including teachers), there may be instances where this is not achieved. We pride ourselves on including a huge number of choir members but due to technical and other constraints, we cannot guarantee that every choir member will appear on the DVD / download.
4. Permission Slips
4.1 It is the child’s teacher’s responsibility to obtain a signed permission slip for involvement in our Concerts. We ask all parents and guardians to help by returning the permission slips to the schools as soon as possible.
5. Television & Media (inc American Young Voices DVD)
5.1 We actively seek publicity and media coverage for our concerts. Any person attending a venue on a concert day agrees to be filmed/recorded by us or any other local/national media/press at any time (before, during and after the concert) and agrees that we may use the recorded material to promote American Young Voices and/or for use in the American Young Voices Official DVD/ download.
5.2 Please raise any filming objections with us as soon as possible, and in any event, prior to the concert. When possible, we will take steps to take account of any special circumstances.
6. Collection of children after the show
6.1 We are not responsible for the arrangements made by teachers after the concert for parents to meet their children. If you have any questions relating to collection of participants, please contact the school.
7. Changes to orders and/or these terms
7.1 We may revise these terms at any time, so please check this page before placing each order.
8. Delivery of goods
8.1 Please note that timescales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the goods and your address.
8.2 We aim to dispatch orders within 28 days, but occasionally our deliveries may be affected by an unplanned event and/or circumstances.
9. Price and payment
9.1 These prices include sales tax. However, if the rate of sales tax changes between the date of the order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the rate of sales tax that you pay, unless you have already paid for the goods in full before the change in the rate of sales tax takes effect.
10. Unplanned Events
10.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by an unplanned event.
10.2 “Unplanned Event” means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private utilities or telecommunications networks.

12.1.1 provide goods and tickets;
12.1.2 process your payment for goods and tickets; and
12.1.3 Inform you about similar products or services that we provide, but you may stop receiving these at any time by contacting us.
12.2 Unless we are obliged by law, we will not give your personal data to any third party.
13. Other important terms
13.1 These terms are governed by New York State law. Yourself and American Young Voices both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New York State courts.
